Move more with on-the-go personal training. Receive customized cardio and strength training during one-on-one sessions at a location of your choosing (your home or a public facility).

Schedule a few Move More sessions, and pay by the hour; or commit to a program to receive discounted rates.

You don’t need a gym membership or expensive equipment to achieve the results you want from exercise. My personal training sessions offer a blend of body-weighted exercises, cardio circuits to help burn more fat, yoga and barre moves to lengthen and tone your muscles and stretching exercises to aid in flexibility and prevent injuries.
